POWER YOGA

8 limb Pose

Inspired by my Master Instructor, Bryan Kest, Power Yoga combines strength, balance, flexibility and endurance in a challenging flow series (vinyasa) to warm up and generate internal heat, followed by static standing and floor poses.  Power yoga utilizes your own body weight as resistance and focuses on strength and endurance building.  No previous yoga experience is necessary, but some of the poses will require a certain level of body conditioning.  Adults and teens only.

Yin Yang Yoga welcomes Jessica Stickler to Tuesday and Thursday mornings!  Jessica is a certified Jivamukti instructor, offering a flowing/vinyasa style of yoga integrating music, movement, breath and meditation. Jessica leads a fun and challenging class which encourages physical stamina, alignment, flexibility, breath awareness, and joy.
